041: Embracing Starting Over and Having a Beginner's Mindset

I think it's time we normalize starting over and being a beginner again.

We all encounter this at some point in our lives, whether it is in our careers, businesses, relationships, or personal aspirations.

Sometimes, we reach a point where we realize what we're doing no longer aligns with our true purpose and goals.

BUT the fear of starting over often prevents us from taking that leap of faith and pursuing something new.

In today's Do Life Big Podcast episode, we will talk about this fear and explore ways to overcome it. But here's the thing: starting over and embracing a beginner's mindset can bring a looooot of benefits.

I personally experienced this when I spent two and a half years transitioning away from my online business to create my own program.

It is tempting to remain in our comfort zones because it is familiar and financially stable, and we have invested significant time into it. But, deep down, we know that something is missing, and we are merely settling for less.

It is crucial not to let fear and worry about potential obstacles hinder us from making the necessary changes. The urge to embark on a new path exists within us for a reason, and we must listen to it.

So, if you've been contemplating a change or have a new idea tugging at your heart, know that it was given to you for a REASON. You have what it takes to succeed and are qualified to make this move!
