021: How to Lean into the Unknown and TRANSFORM Your Life!

Imagine if every time you had a fear that made you freeze like a deer in the headlights, you knew how to push through that fear and do what you know you SHOULD do?

How much would your life change? How FAST could you accelerate your success if you just wrote that email, called that person, or made that post on social media?

Last week, I attended a virtual 3-day business event .... and it was really amazing. There were almost 300 people on it live and I learned SO much I can't wait to put into action this year!

At one point though, the Zoom training suddenly broke into small group workshops with 5 - 6 other people.

Up to this point, I was happily sitting on my computer in my yoga pants with my earbuds in, taking notes, ya know, anonymously.

But now I was going to be thrown into a virtual room, camera ON, with strangers, to talk about successes in our business, with no notice at all!

I panicked.

I quit zoom and shut the lid to the laptop. It happened so fast, I didn't even know I had done it! A complete fight or flight response 😏

After a few seconds, I gathered my thoughts, and I knew what I had to do.

I took a deep breath. 🧘‍♀️

I opened the laptop. And I joined the discussion.

Here's the thing - when you FEAR something, it's a sign it's something you should LEAN INTO.

Fear can be conquered, and your next-level in your life is always on the other side of that fear.
